Applicable to helicopter rides organized by the organiser

Please read these Terms carefully. By booking or boarding, passengers confirm they accept and agree to these terms.

  1. This Helicopter ride is conducted with the approval of competent authorities.
  2. In case of cancellations by the organiser, 100% refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  3. 100% payment is mandatory for confirmation of booking.
  4. Passengers must carry a government-issued photo identity card; international passengers must carry a valid passport.
  5. Passengers will be denied boarding if found under the influence of alcohol or sedatives, or if found carrying any weapons.
  6. Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled but it can be utilized in the subsequent day or event
  7. Passengers who are physically challenged, pregnant, infants, or senior citizens are not permitted to travel.
  8. The routes for chopper rides are decided by Air Traffic Control of the concerned airport.
  9. Passengers are not permitted to carry any luggage.
  10. Every child aged 2 years or older requires a full ticket.
  11. The minimum waiting period for passengers may be 2–3 hours and depends on weather conditions.
  12. In case of bad weather, technical snag, or government clearance issues, rescheduling will be done by the organisers.
