Thank you for booking your event tickets with us. Please review the following policy to understand how you will receive and access your tickets.
1. Order Confirmation
- After completing your booking, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
- This confirmation will include:
- Event name
- Date and time of the event
- Number of tickets booked
- Transaction details
- Unique booking ID
2. Delivery Method
- As this is a ticketed event, no physical tickets will be shipped.
- All tickets will be delivered electronically.
3. Accessing Your Tickets
- Once your payment is confirmed, your e-tickets will be available instantly.
- You can access your tickets by downloading them directly from the confirmation email.
4. Ticket Delivery via Email
- A copy of your e-tickets will also be sent to your registered email address.
- Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders to ensure you receive them.
5. Event Entry
- To enter the event, present your e-ticket at the venue (printed copy or mobile QR code as accepted).
- Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only and is linked to the booking ID.
