Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applicable to bookings made with Association of Consulting Civil Engineers

1. Organiser Cancellations

In case of cancellations made by the organiser, customers will receive a 100% refund within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.

2. Customer Cancellations

Once a booking is confirmed:

Tickets cannot be cancelled by the customer.
tickets may be transferred to another eligible passenger with prior notification and approval.

3. Conditions for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Cancellation by the organiser due to operational reasons.
Technical issues, government restrictions,natural disaster or safety concerns preventing the ride from taking place.

4. Processing Timeline

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days of cancellation. Delays, if any, may be due to banking or payment gateway processes, for which Association of Consulting Civil Engineers is not responsible.
